We purchase our disposables from select vendors, there have been a lot of counterfeit operations out there making clone disposables and it can be difficult to navigate the authentication process. Ways to tell a fake are variance in flavor, packaging, or even a different shaped device altogether.
Even with genuine disposable vapes there can be problems with production quality. We offer "Dead On Arrival" replacement. If you buy a disposable from us we encourage you to try it before you leave the store, if it doesn't hit or has leaked in the packaging we will replace it on the spot.

All disposables must be opened and tried before leaving the store to qualify for Dead On Arrival Replacement. Battery replacement is limited to leaking devices or dead batteries.
